Promise! :)Managing Meaganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08473125511491750508noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1872621338066323552.post-29722576256984487602012-05-02T15:05:33.275-04:002012-05-02T15:05:33.275-04:00Yes I agree - you need to take a break or consult ...Yes I agree - you need to take a break or consult your doctor about your mileage and other workouts to see what kind of break you need to take. You don't want to screw up your marathon! Like I told you, Aaron's sister did not run the marathon she trained for because of an injury. It does happen. Don't overdo it this early! And while I'm scolding you, I should mention eating before working out will probably help with the hunger problems. Just sayin'. :) I do think you're doing awesome with it all though and your motivation is top notch - but you really don't want to overdo it!Karahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02599928744396798391noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1872621338066323552.post-20232928710396125572012-05-02T10:47:39.371-04:002012-05-02T10:47:39.371-04:00I know, I know!!!! My shins are always my problem ...I know, I know!!!! My shins are always my problem area. I don't know if they're "splinty" (LOL!), but they're troublesome. They never hurt when I run outside, but the TM and the indoor track bug them sometimes. I'm definitely overdue for a new pair of shoes, so I'm buying them online TODAY.

I'll be smarter. I promise! I am so smart! S-m-r-t! (please say you know where that's from?!?!?)Managing Meaganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08473125511491750508noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1872621338066323552.post-60763423539594215472012-05-01T15:50:04.823-04:002012-05-01T15:50:04.823-04:00Alright lady, I'm going to kick yo' bum! ...Alright lady, I'm going to kick yo' bum! What's up with the pain in the shins? Are they splinty? Too much mileage? I am WORRIED! I know it's hard but why not take a few days off from running? You are doing such an amazing job working out but I am concerned that your runs are filled with pain. Do you need new shoes? Are you 'stick-ing' them? You don't want to end up with stress fractures!!!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
