Thursday, 12.27.12: 3 miles & 60-minute Spinning Class & 3 miles & 30 minute elliptical
Friday, 12.28.12: None
Saturday, 12.29.12: None
Sunday, 12.30.12: 2.25 miles (with dog!)

3 rest days in the SAME week! WOWZA! That's pretty unheard of in these parts. But, life just got in the way. What can ya do?!?!
