Weekly Workout Recap (5/21-5/27):
Monday, 5/21: 60-minute Spinning Class & 1 mile walk
Tuesday, 5/22: 9 miles in 1:33:30 (10:23 pace)
Wednesday, 5/23: 60-minute Spinning Class & 2 miles on TM in 17:11 (8:35 pace) & 40 minute on Elliptical (3.5 miles) & 2 sand volleyball games (about 75 minutes playing)
Thursday, 5/24: 3 miles in 28:20 (9:26 pace) & 1 mile walk
Friday, 5/25: 60 minutes on elliptical (5 miles)
Saturday, 5/26: 6 miles on TM in 54:06 (9:01 pace) & 30 minutes on elliptical (2.5 miles)
Sunday, 5/27: 10 miles in 1:42:30 (10:15 pace) & 60 minute spinning class & 1 mile walk

Totals:
30 Miles Run
3 Miles Walked
130 Minutes/11 Miles on Elliptical
3 Spinning Classes
2 sand volleyball games (about 75 minutes playing)

This was the LAST week pre-marathon “training”… dun, dun, duuuuun! Nervous to start this official training… something about it being a TRAINING plan makes it SO much more official. Here goes nothing… J
