Tuesday, 8/12: 20-Minute Made Up Home Circuit
Wednesday, 8/13: 33-Minute Made Up Home Workout & 6 mile walk (split into 2 walks)
Thursday, 8/14: None
Friday, 8/15: "Workout One on One Training with Jackie" DVD - 20 minute arm workout & 4.5 mile walk
Saturday, 8/16: None
Starting the week off with a run was great! I was really hoping to get 1-2 more runs in, but it just didn't happen. Win some, lose some.
Maybe not another run but still impressive! Will you personally train me?!
