Wednesday, 2/19: 8-Minute Abs &
8-Minutes of random leg/arm strength moves (squats with overhead press, deadlift with hammer curl, etc.) & 4 mile run during lunch & 20 minute walk
Thursday, 2/20: 30 minute elliptical
Friday, 2/21: None
Saturday, 2/22: 8-Minute Abs & 10-Minutes of random leg/arm strength moves (squats with overhead press, deadlift with hammer curl, etc.) & 60 minute (3 mile) walk wearing Bailey w/ the Hubs and Sadie
