NO running??? Don't panic. I haven't given up running. My knee has been giving me some crazy problems lately... think back to post-marathon time. BOO. So, I decided 1 week full-no-running-rest was in order. Next week, I'll be back and hopefully the knee'll feel back to 100%. Here's hoping! :)
