Saturday, 5/31: Sunburst Half Marathon (13.1 mile run) & 1.3 mile walk

Not the greatest week, but proud that I'm managing to do SOMETHING most days. Still trying to learn and accept that I can't do something everything and that some days something little, like 8MA8MA, is just going to have to do. It's I'm a work in progress.
