Tuesday, 11/6- Signature Strength class & 1 mile run & 60 min. elliptical & leg workouts
Wednesday, 11/7- Spinning & 2.5 mile run & 45 min. elliptical & 8-minute Abs & leg workouts
Thursday, 11/8- Signature Strength class & 60 min. elliptical & leg workouts

Friday, 11/9- 3.5 mile run & 30 min. elliptical & leg workouts
Saturday, 11/10- 6.2 mile run & 60 min. Instanity gym class & 3 mile walk
Sunday, 11/11- "Rest" Day... & 4.5 mile walk

Yup... you read right. I got a few miles of RUNNING in. Not many. And, they weren't exactly EASY. Sucked to really realize that I am now out of running shape. Ugh. And, it's getting worse. Buuuuut, it was a good realization to see that I'm not 100% out of shape. It's not like I can't even run a mile. So, I guess it's not too bad. And, I KNOW I can get back to where I was. I mean... I can... right?!?!
