Weekly Workout Recap (2/25-3/3):
Monday, 2.25.13: 8 miles (tempo) & 5 miles & 4 miles
Tuesday, 2.26.13: 2 miles, 30 minute elliptical & .5 miles
Wednesday, 2.27.13: 60-minute Spinning class & 2.5 miles & 30 minutes on elliptical & 4 miles
Thursday, 2.28.13: Rest Day
Friday, 3.1.13: 4 TM miles (at hotel gym)
Saturday, 3.2.13: 60 minute Unleashed class & 5 TM miles
Sunday, 3.3.13: 13.1 miles

Well, for my lackluster previous week, this week I picked it back up. Starting with a pretty rediculous Monday. I felt like running. A lot. So, I did. Like I said, if I don't feel like running, I don't. The feeling comes back. This week is proof of that. The running bug came back-- hard. Monday I couldn't get enough. Sadly, I may have slightly overdone it and had some pretty achey shins and legs the next day. Whatever. It was worth every step. The rest of the week was decently solid too. I have a busy 3 week stretch with work, so lunch time workouts are limited for the next few weeks, plus I traveled for work Thursday-Friday, so that took out some of my normal workouts, but overall I'd say it was still a solid week. Plus, I got in an actual, legit, outside long run. It's been a WHILE since one of those and it felt great to get back out there! :)
