Overall, it was a great week. I'm loving the speed workouts and even the quick hill workout. Didn't get a long run in, but what can ya do? The roads were icy and I just didn't quite feel like it. I figure if I still managed to get 35 miles in without a true "long run" I'm doing pretty good.
Speed + hill workouts make up for no long run. Good job!
