Started this week off EXHAUSTED! Coming back from vacation is always SO HARD! I wanted to run Monday but the legs were just not having it. Boo. Luckily, I was able to run pretty solidly the rest of the week.

I did Sunday's LR with a friend and it was great! Loved having company and really made me almost forget we were running. Ran slower than my usual, and that was actually really great! It felt amazing to have a literal change of pace for a bit. Plus, made my body not feel quite so trashed come Monday morning. Always a plus. Always.

  1. You workout a lot!! 33 miles is great and you do a lot of cross training too. I thought I worked out a lot, but I think you have me beat. :-)
