Tuesday, 12.4.12: 60 minute Signature Strength Class & 4.25 mile run & 3.75 mile run
Wednesday, 12.5.12: Rest Day!
Thursday, 12.6.12: 8-minute Abs & 6 mile run & 2.5 mile run
Friday, 12.7.12: 60 minute elliptical & 45 minute elliptical
Saturday, 12.8.12: 11.25 mile run & 8-minute Abs & 8-minute Arms
Sunday, 12.9.12: 6.25 mile run

Pretty uneventful week. Knee started hurting again, which sucks. But-- I have been kinda half assing (at best) the knee exercises and foam rolling lately, so hopefully picking that back up will help with the knee again. Overall, I'd say it was a solid week.
