To better help me track my “training” and to stay on top of my workouts, each Monday I’m going to recap the last weeks workouts. I’m using a week as Monday-Sunday (a la Daily Mile).
Monday, 4/9: 15 mile run in 2:32:05 (10:08 pace)
Tuesday, 4/10: 60 minutes on Elliptical & 45 minutes (at lunch) on Elliptical (covered about 9 miles total)
Wednesday, 4/11: 60 minute Spinning class & 2 miles in 17:47 (8:53 pace) & 5 miles (at lunch) in 48:00 (9:37 pace)
Thursday, 4/12: 60 minute Signature Strength class & 2 miles in 16:47 (8:23 pace)
Friday, 4/13: 60 minutes on Elliptical (covered about 5.25 miles)
Saturday, 4/14: 7 miles in 1:07:43 & 8-Minute Arms & 8-Minute Abs
Sunday, 4/15: 60 minute Spinning class & 3 miles in 17:47 (8:53 pace)
Totals:
34 miles ran
14.25 miles on Elliptical
2 spinning classes
1 signature strength class, 1 8-minute Abs, 1 8-minute Arms
