I knew I was going to swap Saturday and Sunday because we celebrated Father’s Day Saturday so I just didn’t have time to get the LR in before all the festivities and such. It worked. I’m not a big fan of doing LRs on Sunday because then I start the week very tight and tired and HUNGRY, but sometimes it’s unavoidable. Not a big deal.
This week I felt pretty good. Started feeling pretty tired and worn down Wednesday evening/Thursday morning and never really shook the feeling. I think I need to start focusing on the non-gym elements of marathon training—mainly sleep and diet. I need to start focusing on WHAT I’m eating and not calories. I need to try to get more sleep, which might mean changing 1 morning workout to an evening one, which does not appeal to me AT ALL. We’ll see.
It looks like you had really busy, but great training week. Keep it up chica :-)
