Weekly Workout Recap: 5/28-6/3

Weekly Workout Recap (5/28-6/3):
Monday, 5/28: 3 1/2 mile walk
Tuesday, 5/29: 60-minute Signature Strength Class & 2 miles on TM in 19:10 (9:35 pace)
Wednesday, 5/30: 60-minute Spinning Class & 2 1/2 miles on TM in 17:35 (8:35 pace) &  2 sand volleyball games (about 75 minutes playing)
Thursday, 5/31: 2 1/2 miles on indoor track in 24:30 (9:32 pace)
Friday, 6/1: 3.5 miles on indoor track in 33:40 (9:37 pace)
Saturday, 6/2: 13.2 miles (Sunburst 1/2 Marathon) in 2:06:55 (9:36 pace)
Sunday, 6/3: 60 minutes Elliptical (5.3 miles) & 5 mile walk 

Totals:
21.7 Miles Run
8.5 Miles Walked
60 Minutes/5.3 Miles on Elliptical
2 Sand Volleyball Games
1 Spinning Classes
